Rev. Michelle Wahlgren O.M.C is an ordained ministerial counselor whose spiritual journey has been shaped through years of study, meditation, inner practice, and direct life experience. Her work is deeply influenced by the teachings of A Course in Miracles, emphasizing inner peace, consciousness, healing, and the remembrance of our true nature beyond fear and separation. Through her own life challenges and spiritual awakening, Michelle has come to see that peace is not something outside of us to attain, but something within us to uncover and live from moment by moment.

Through her teaching platform, Bread Crumbs From the Soul, Michelle shares spiritual reflections, meditations, and teachings devoted to helping others reconnect with peace, guidance, purpose, and inner alignment. Her approach is gentle, contemplative, and grounded in the belief that every experience in life can become part of the journey back to truth. She is especially passionate about supporting those navigating fear, uncertainty, judgment, emotional suffering, and spiritual awakening, offering simple yet profound insights that encourage deeper awareness, compassion, and trust in the quiet wisdom within.
